Description
Pond Crab is a bright red Alberta applecrab introduced by Konrad Ilg. Crisp fruit has a spicy sweet tart flavour and is useful for cider. It is slightly larger than Trailman, measuring about 1.75 to 2 inches across, and ripens in September at about the same time.
