Description
Northern Bayberry (Myrica pensylvanica) is a native shrub with aromatic foliage and waxy blue fruit. The leaves release a spicy fragrance when brushed, and mature plants can form dense thickets that provide wildlife cover. Wax from the berries has traditionally been used for candles and soap.
