Description
Good King Henry is a cold hardy European perennial also called poor man’s asparagus or perennial spinach. It forms a long lived clump of arrow shaped leaves traditionally cooked like spinach.
The plant has a long history in cottage and kitchen gardens and spreads gradually over time.
