Description
Tatsoi is an Asian mustard green with small spoon-shaped leaves that form low, beautiful rosettes in cool weather. The leaves are tender, dark green, and mild, with just enough brassica flavor to make them useful fresh or cooked.
Harvest baby leaves for salads or full rosettes for stir-fries, soups, noodle bowls, and sautés. Tatsoi is compact, cold tolerant, and elegant, fitting neatly into small beds, containers, and fall gardens.
