Description
Pitsin 5 is a cold hardy Manchurian selection of Japanese plum (Prunus salicina). Its firm, sweet, green freestone plums are about 3 cm (1 inch) across and ripen around mid August. They are suited to fresh eating and desserts.
Pitsin 5 can pollinate compatible hybrid plums including Lee Red, Ivanovka, Sprout’s Sunshine, and Patterson Pride.
