Description
Latin name – Gynura bicolor
Okinawa Spinach is a tender leafy green with purple undersides. This perennial spinach is excellent in any recipe that one would use traditional spinach. It is low growing and grows outward making it an excellent groundcover in the food forest.
Plant it in full sun to partial shade, in moist soil.
