Devil’s Tongue – Similar to Fatalii in color and shape, but it has smoother skin, is slightly smaller, and packs a lot more heat! Devil’s Tongue pepper pods are 2″ long and 1″ wide with smooth golden yellow skin. Plants are an abundant producer of fruity-tasting chiles with maximum heat. Capsicum annuum (110 days)

This pepper was developed by an Amish farmer in Pennsylvania during the 1990’s. It was discovered growing in his field of habaneros. The name given for this pepper and its exact origins are unknown.
