Description
- Sow seeds 1 ½ inches in loose, rich soil 2 weeks after last frost date–warm soil is needed for germination. Spread mulch or straw around base of plant.
- Plant in blocks of at least 3 rows in each direction as this protects stalks from wind. Space seeds 8-12 inches apart.
- Plants can grow 3-8 feet tall.
- Fertilize/apply MiracleGro periodically. Water during dry spells.
