Description
Chuyskaya Sea Buckthorn is a Russian female cultivar selected for heavy crops and fewer thorns than many other Sea Buckthorns. Its bright orange berries have a mild tangy flavour and are used for juice and preserves.
Like other Sea Buckthorns, the shrub fixes nitrogen. A compatible male Sea Buckthorn is required for pollination and fruit production.
