Bali™ Hibiscus boasts semi-double, pure white flowers that are highlighted with a bold purple-red center. It blooms July through September with flowers that measure 3-4” in diameter. The intermediate size is good for smaller spaces, and the summer blooms are a welcome sight when color is in short supply.
