Description
Yellow Bedstraw (Galium verum), also called Lady’s Bedstraw, is a low growing perennial native to Europe and parts of Asia. Its common name comes from the sweet scented stems once used to stuff mattresses in medieval Europe.
Slender stems carry narrow leaves and clusters of small yellow flowers that provide nectar for bees and butterflies.
