Description
White Jerusalem Artichoke is a hardy perennial that produces round bright white tubers. The knobby irregular tubers have a slightly sweet nutty flavour from their inulin content and can be eaten raw, roasted, or cooked like potatoes.
Plants spread vigorously through underground tubers and can form dense colonies.
