Growth Habit: Large, upright, freely branching shrub/hedge

Water: Keep soil moist until established
Prune: Prune after flowering, but leave flower clusters for fall berry production

Mulch: Keep a layer of mulch around the base of the plant year-round to conserve water and reduce weeds
