(aka Turk’s Cap) Turk’s Turban is a very old heirloom squash that is thought to predate the 1820’s. Although the Turk’s Turban Squash is mostly grown as a beautiful fall decoration, the mildly sweet orange flesh can also be baked or roasted. The gorgeous 5 lb. orange and green streaked fruit are great keepers! (80-100 days maturity)
