Description
Smokey Saskatoon (Amelanchier alnifolia ‘Smokey’) is an Alberta cultivar selected for large sweet berries and reliable crops. Seedlings are not clones and will vary in fruit size, flavour, and growth habit, although many may retain useful traits from the seed parent.
Plants usually grow as multistem shrubs or small trees and produce summer berries.
