Description
Skorospelka Purple Jerusalem Artichoke is an early maturing variety with purple skinned tubers. The knobby tubers have a slightly sweet nutty flavour from their inulin content and can be eaten raw, roasted, or cooked like potatoes.
The cold tolerant plants spread vigorously through underground tubers and can form dense colonies.
