Siberian C Peach is a cold hardy peach used in breeding and as a rootstock. Its small fruit is usually cooked or used in preserves rather than compared with modern dessert peaches.
The small tree has narrow serrated leaves and early pink spring flowers. It can grow in Zone 3 but benefits from a sheltered location.
