Description
This excellent variety originated in Germany and was grown by Joe Bratka’s grandmother’s sister for many years. This tomato is one of the best “black” tomatoes that I have grown. The vigorous vines produce loads of blemish free 3-4″ flattened beefsteak type fruit. Dark purple fruit with green shoulders are extremely tasty and also one of the earliest full size black tomatoes available. A new favorite. Indeterminate, regular leaf foliage.
