Description
Manilkara zapota, commonly known as sapote, chicozapote, chico, chicle, naseberry, or nispero. These long-lived trees grow slowly, but after many years may reach 60 to 100 feet. Tastes a bit like a sweet mix of brown sugar and root beer.
