Description
The Hydro-Pop™ Pop-up Riser gives height to an emitter by extending up to 9 in. with water pressure as low as 15 PSI; once the system is switched off, it immediately retracts. The 1/4 in. compression fit inlet accommodates 1/4 in. tubing (A220 or A250); a micro jet or micro spray emission device threads onto the top. The pop-up riser is made of polyethylene treated with UV inhibitors.
Applications
- Pops up to give emitter additional height; retracts when system is off
- Use for on grade installation; works with tubing to transport water to trees, shrubs, flower beds, groundcover, vegetable gardens, and container plants
- As part of a complete drip irrigation system, the Hydro-Pop Pop-up Riser works with the emission device of your choice (micro jet or micro sprayer); extends up to 9 in. to lift emitter; works with pressure as low as 15 PSI; retracts immediately when system is off
