Description
Mizuna Mustard is a Japanese leafy green with deeply serrated dark green leaves and a mild peppery flavour. The tender leaves are used in salads, stir fries, soups, and Japanese hot pots.
Mizuna has a long history of cultivation in Japan. Its fast regrowth allows repeated cut and come again harvests.
