Description
Lemon Drop, also called Ají Limón, is a Peruvian Capsicum baccatum pepper with bright yellow fruit, a citrus aroma, and clean heat. It is used in hot sauce, salsa, fruit sauces, and dishes with fish or chicken.
Heat can vary among strains. Ají Limón should not be confused with the similarly named Ají Limo.
