Description
Korean Long is a slender red paste tomato associated with Korean market gardens and shared into North American seed circles in the late twentieth century. The smooth tapered fruit grows 4 to 6 inches long and ends in a slight point.
Dense flesh and little gel give the fruit a relatively dry texture suited to cooking while still useful for fresh slicing. The fruit generally holds a uniform shape and develops fewer shoulder cracks than many similarly sized elongated heirlooms.
