Description
Jalapeno is a traditional Mexican pepper with smooth thick walled fruit usually harvested green or allowed to ripen red for a sweeter flavour. Green peppers are used fresh, roasted, pickled, or stuffed, while fully ripe red fruit can be smoked and dried as chipotle.
