- Planting: Very tolerant of most soils. Add mycorrhizal fungiwhen planting to help aid root development.
- Aspect: Plant where bright in winter and spring, but semi-shaded during summer. Requires a sheltered position away from cold winds
- Care: Remove old leaves in late December. Remove old faded flower stems after flowering. In Spring fertiliser withcalcified seaweedandblood, fish and bone.
