Well known in Greece for use in recipes such as Gigantes Plaki, Greek giant beans are described as being incredibly creamy with a mild and nutty flavor.
Being a runner bean they grow best on a trellis in full sun, and are a beautiful plant with lots of blooms and huge seed pods.
