Description
Latin name – Hedychium coronarium
This is one of the best ornamental gingers due to its beautiful, white, showy, and fragrant blooms. It can send out hundreds of flowers, that each last only one day, during its 6 week long flowering season. These are easy to grow as they are disease and pest resistant. Great when used as a border, in mass plantings, and can also be grown indoors.
