Description
A wonderful heirloom bean that has been grown in the Carrot River area of Saskatchewan for generations. The green flat pods are tasty when young and when mature are filled with flat white seed that can be used in soups or baked beans. One of the most productive and early beans that I have grown. Great for short season areas! (55 days for snaps, 85-90 days for dry beans) Bush.
