Description
An extremely rare French heirloom that was originally obtained by a French grower named Gabriel Chevrier, in Brétigny-sur-Orge, a suburb of Paris, between 1872 and 1878. It was then introduced commercially in 1878. The greenish white beans were highly esteemed for their wonderful texture and flavor. Can be used a shell bean or dry bean. (110 days for dry beans) EXTREMELY RARE.
