Description
(a.k.a. Tiger Eye) A beautiful bean originally from Chile. The large flattened kidney shape seed is an ochre color with maroon swirls. Some seed is maroon with golden specks. Rich and creamy texture. Excellent as a shelly bean or in chili and refried beans.
