Description
Parisian Pickling dates to 19th-century France—short, knobby cucumbers that soak up brine and stay crisp. Harvest at 2–4″ for crocks, or let a few grow for slicing.
Vines are vigorous but manageable. Classic cornichon crunch from a proven old variety. Cucumbers bring cooling crunch and steady usefulness to warm-weather harvests.
