Bougainvillea Barbara Karst-Rose Red or Pink-Fuchsia-Tropical Zone 9+ Plugs are starter plants with approximately 1” in diameterby 1 ¼+” deep roots in plastic cups. The cups are to be clipped individually andplanted in the cup so as not to disturb the roots.The cups have several holes in them toaccommodate the roots plus growing out of the top.Years ago, we noticed that in removing thecups folks were damaging the roots, which resulted in death of the plantat least 50% of the time.We grow Plugs (3-5”tall), Lg Plugs (slightly larger and usually branched), Full Gal (multi-branched12-18”+): THESE ARE ALL THAT WE SHIP. AFTER THE FIRST YEAR OR TWO, BOUGAINVILLEA GROWS IN SUCH A WAY THATIT IS BRITTLE AND BREAKS. NOTGOOD FOR SHIPPING! We also grow Bougainvillea in 3 gal, 5 gal,and sometimes larger, but they must be picked up at the nursery-WE WILL NOTSHIP THESE SIZES.
